connecting to WordPress

    I have a new website (tsfsnew.ca). I went in to the cPanel and selected the WordPress button to install wordpress. I entered dir as the directory to install wordpress and also provided a user name and received a password.

    When I subsequently tried to open tsfsnew.ca/wp-admin my user name was refused and I was denied access.

    What can I do?

Keep in mind that you will need to direct your support question to the WordPress.org self-hosted WordPress support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/ as your website is self hosted and this forum (we are corresponding on now) is only for websites hosted with WordPress.com
