Add topic to favorites
We need to update a credit card for our payments. Need to talk to someone about that. Need to clean up an old account plus be added to an existing account.

I’d like to talk to someone vs. writing about it.

I didn’t realize I still had a women’s ministry account that I do not use. I’d like to close that one down.

The reason why I logged on was for our church account that needs our payment info updated.

What is the account’s username? What is the site address? It’s impossible to help you with this if you don’t provide any details regarding the site involved.

The account you’re using here does not own, nor is it a user, on any sites, and haven’t even been active for the past 5 years, so this account contains no information at all that would allow me to help you with this.

We received an email that you attempted to renew our domain name of stpaulstracynews.org but there is a problem taking payment.

Our American Express on file went away & we are using corporate Visa’s now.

We want to update the account. I need to find out who is authorized on this account to make the changes so our domain name does not go away.

That domain is registered to the username, stpaulstracynews, so you need to log in as that user to renew it. The domain expires on 7 March, but does appear to have autorenew active.
