Is it allowed to place my ‘own’ commercial through affiliate in my WordPress blog?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Maybe. There’s a page about that here:

Most affiliate links and sponsored posts from reputable merchants are allowed on WordPress.com, as long as your blog’s primary purpose is to create original content, and not merely to send traffic to these sites.

Advertisements, including those from third-party advertising networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media are not allowed on WordPress.com.

The first criteria is met.
Regarding the second, I think you have to be the judge. It’s a VPN Partner Affiliate Program. So it’s not really like Google Ads. They only advertise for VPN services. Guess that’s okay?
