  I have been trying to shut down my entire WordPress account. For some reason, they say there is a problem. I don’t know what exactly the problem is though. Is​ there a way to fix the issue?

  Your account has an active subscription to the Akismet Anti-spam plugin which you bought on 30 May. You cannot close a WordPress.com account that owns an active upgrade with us, or a service connected to us.
