I wish to close my account but when I fill in my email to close it will not allow me to click on the instruction to close account.

Hi, it looks like you just started your account and had not confirmed the email prior to trying to close it.

Are you able to close it now, if that’s what you still want?

No. I still cant close my account.
After going to the dialogue box … confirm closing of the account and putting in my email address the box ‘cancel’ is highlighted but the box ‘close the account’ is grey and will not respond to command.
Thank you for your help on this matter
