Closed Captions on video – showing for me but not others

    Hello everyone. I have tried searching here, Google and Youtube but have not got any answers.

    I am creating a WordPress site at my employer and they have given me permission to edit everything. I can upload videos from the media library. I can upload VTT files from my PC and they work. However, when the website is viewed externally, the captions will not show, even when toggled on and off. I also think they don’t show for me when I come back to the website later. I am baffled.

    Any help would be brilliant, thank you.
