We’ll need to take care of a few things before you can close your account.
First of all, the site gcdance.wordpress.com needs to be reverted to the state before installing the first plugin. This may cause some content loss. It looks like you might have already moved your site elsewhere, but I would appreciate it if you could confirm that your content is secure before proceeding.

You also have a site connected to your account via Jetpack. You might want to disconnect it before closing your account:

Im wanting to delete both my ‘tututimes’ and ‘gc dance’ sites – all the information and content on both sites are stored elsewhere and I don’t need the content anymore, so this is my confirmation to go ahead!

Oh, actually, it looks like you’re not the owner of the site tututimes.wordpress.com. Try following these steps to remove yourself from the blog: https://wordpress.com/support/my-blogs/#leave-a-blog.

Once you’re not the admin anymore, you’ll be able to close your account.

If you want to delete the site, we’d need confirmation from the account that owns it.
