  I want to close my account but getting error message to contact support

  Hi janesense,

  Can you give some more information about the error message you are getting? Exactly what does it say and at what point in the process is it happening?

  In case you need to check that you are closing your account in the correct way, have a read of this guide which will tell you how to close your account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/

  Be aware that closing your account will delete all your sites and their content, and it will shut down your username permanently so no one can use it.
