Close Account

    Hello — I am trying to close and delete my account, but it asks me to remove items in Manage Purchases. There is no way for me to delete anything in there – that I can find. Please let me know how I can close this defunct account. Thank you!

    hi,

    Have you ever purchases a Premium theme before?
    Premium themes can only be removed by Staff.

    You may also want to transfer the Premium theme to another site. Once it is removed, you will not be able to use it without purchasing it again.

    I have tagged modlook for a Staff to help you with this.

    Hi there,

    You have a premium theme, Elemin, which you bought in 2015. Please confirm if I should remove that for you.
