Charged twice

Your system charged me twice for a blog site that I deactivated 10/09/18. I did receive a refund for one charge (see below) but have not received a refund for the second charge. I know the policy about 8 to 10 days for the refund to post, but why was I charged twice when the renewal period was 11/20/19?

The automatic renewals are processed about a month ahead of the actual expiration dates. This gives us time to reach someone should the renewal fail. It allows enough time for a manual renewal and so that the person won’t lose their domain to expiration.
I can see that we have processed 2 refunds on 2018-10-08 both for $99.00.

You bet. We wanted to note as well that there were two sites. Both are still active on free plans at this point, and you should have refunds for both soon.
