Changing the title of my menu & gravatar

    I have been successful in changing the titles of my menus, but there is one on my blog that still says ‘Footer Three Menu Widget’. I can’t seem to change that one. Also, I uploaded an image for my gravatar, but it doesn’t show up. I clicked help many times on gravatar, but it always says they are closed no matter what time of day. Thank you!
