Changing the title of a page without changing the page name
-
Okay, basically I just spent the last 20 minutes reading a thread here on WordPress about changing the page title without changing the page name.
Here’s what I did:
I went to Appearances -> Menus
Created a new menu -> Went to custom links
Added the website URL -> Made the label what I wanted the title to be
Pressed add -> SaveThen I went to check, and nothing on my page changed. What am I doing wrong? I read someone post saying it could be the theme I’m using. Here’s my website uspokerreferralcodes.com is this theme not eligible for a menu title change?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Bet you did not read the what to know before posting –
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM, this site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
For more on the difference: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

It all depends on whether the theme you are using supports the custom menus in the top navigation or not, and we cannot answer that for self-hosted blogs. You need to contact the theme author about that.
