How do I change post categories?

  I see the Blog is listed under: uncategorized- I would like to chage that but see nowhere to do it. Please advise.

  You can create new categories at https://goingoffthereservation.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category or when you draft your blog post (the category section is located on the right side of your Post Editor).
