Changing my wordpress URL

    Hi,

    I originally created and paid for the domain and URL: https://ajpappasblog.com, by buying the premium package, which includes the custom URL (domain?). Sorry, not a tech expert.
    My end goal is to change the URL of this blog. I created the new URL: https://amethystsinyoureyes.wordpress.com/
    The last step I am wanting to do it register this domain (buy the domain) so that the ‘wordpress’ gets dropped and it remains: amethystsinyoureyes.com
    This is the same blog as https://ajpappasblog.com , just with a different URL.
    I am on the ‘my blogs’ page, but I don’t have any option to buy domain. How can I change update the URL?
