Changing moderator and who can access comments

    In running at 60 a friend was the moderator. Now I have a blog- From Here to There and I went into settings to change her email to mine but a message comes up saying I cannot save the changes. How do I switch the moderator from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Also I want people to be able to post comments but only I can see them- in other words I do not want everyone to see comments others have made to postings. How do I do this?
