Changing email address

    Hi,
    I am trying to change my email address from my first original one which was a yahoo one, to my new website.com one.
    I go to users and type the new address and I get that message that the new email address needs to be confirmed. But I don’t get any confirmation link (I have checked the spam on both the new address and old address)

    Also, I have contact form7 and on that one, I have changed the email address to the new one I one everything to be sent to, but even with that setting, still sends it to my yahoo one.

    Am I doing anything wrong?

    The website I want it to change for is http://www.neocruit.com and the new address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I do have another website, a personal blog one and with that one I have tried the same recommended steps to change from yahoo address to gmail and it worked.

    I am following the same steps, same wordpress for both websites, one is working, one is not.

    Can you please help me out?

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com – your admin account on that site has no connection at all to your WordPress.com username account, and we have no access to or control over that site.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

    I did and they sent me here, because they said my issue is more of a wordpress set up, not a theme Karuna related one

    It is not related to your theme but to WordPress software and the plugin Contact Form 7 – we can’t help with that here, on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
