Change wording in the tab!

Hi, I have a website. http://www.gellis.co.uk The site title is “Love To Be” but the tab keeps saying “One Rebel Being” – and I can’t change it! All the internal bits where I can change the title says “Love To Be” but hey, the tab and shared posts still read “One Rebel Being”.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Graham
