change font colour of banner

I have a dark blue background coloured banner below my orange header. What i want to do is change the colour of the text in it from the current orange to white?
Any ideas?

Did you know that if you click the “member” link below your username you can locate all the posts you have ever made to this forum? I’m thinking that keeping all your requests for CSS editing help in the same thread might be a better idea than starting multiple threads when they are all on CSS issues and all about the same blog. I could be wrong, but I believe it may be more convenient for the Volunteer(s) who help with CSS issues.

I was to change the font colour of my currently orange text in my sidebars- how do i do this????

To change the colour of the sidebar links include a line like this, but change the colour code to one of your liking:
#leftside a, #rightside a {color:#ffffff;}lh
