Change Currency for Upgrade Billing

I have been on a free plan and would like to upgrade. I live in Scotland but when I go to upgrade the prices are all in Euros. I would prefer to pay in pounds so I don’t pay extra bank charges for international transactions. I think this is happening because when I first set up my site I was in Ireland – however, I was actually only visiting! How can I tell wordpress I am in the UK?
