Category links above post title?

  Hi – How do you get the Category name / link to appear above the post title in the Twenty Fourteen theme like it is displayed in the demo:

  I can see how it is done in the html, but I’d hope it is just a setting that you turn on to make each new post display like that by default?

  They are showing up today. Was it just some sort of delay, since my blog is new? Just took awhile for everything to function properly?
