Categorizing posts on page tabs

Add topic to favorites
I want to categorize my blog “posts” by choosing which page they go on. I do not want every post to go directly to my home page. Is there a way to choose where each post goes?

Also- through wordpress.ORG and bluehost, i purchased the domain: bighairandfoodiefare.com. How can I transfer that domain name so my web address is no longer “bighairandfoodiefare.wordpress.com”?
