Categories to tags link is not working

  I am clicking on the categories-to-tags link in my dashboard and I am forwarded to https://adamo.wordpress.com/wp-admin/import.php instead of being presented with a list of categories to be converted to tags.

  Please advise.

  If you look at the listing on https://adamo.wordpress.com/wp-admin/import.php you will see an entry that says,

  “Categories and Tags Converter Convert existing categories to tags or tags to categories, selectively.”

  Click on that to be taken to the page where you can convert categories to tags, or tags to categories.
