I am attempting to delete or edit the name of a category. I have some categories but I haven’t capitalised the names which is what I wish to do so, so it shows as ‘Stories’ not ‘stories’ on my website. I have tried to make a new category with the capital but it doesn’t allow me to do so as the category name already exists. I have tried to find a way to delete the category name so that I can make a new capitalised one but I can’t find any way to do this. Could you please assist me in finding a way to edit the name of or delete a category name? Thank you!

1. To edit or delete a category assigned to a post (whether it’s a draft or has already been published), go to Dashboard → Posts → All Posts in your dashboard, hover over the title and click the Edit link. To delete the post click the Trash link.

2. To edit/delete categories in your dashboard go to Dashboard → Posts → Categories

3. To edit or delete dynamic category pages in your custom menu go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus
