Cant upload own photo for gravatar

For some reason i only see options in “discussions” in settings to choose default gravatars. Very frustrating
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am also facing the same problem but bit twist, I have uploaded my snap but its not showing it. I re uploaded many times but no luck.
If you found any do post here pls.
