  You will need to provide a bit more information.. what’s your domain name? Do you know how to access the login page of your blog?

  What is the URL starting with http:// of your site?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install then you are posting to the wrong support forum.
