Can't search by tags?

    I’m new to WordPress and am looking forward to reading other blogs, but when I type Toddlers (for instance) in the search bar, there are zero results.

    Can you not search by tags?

    Also, I was trying to set up categories for my own posts for what I thought would be additional “searchability”, but when I tried to add something as simple as Art, it came back as an invalid category.

    How do I search by tags, and how do I ensure others can search for topics relevant to my posts?

    Click on the Reader top left black bar first and use the search field there.

    That is where I searched from, but the only results it gave me was a list on the right hand side with Toddler in the title. I assumed every post that had the TAG toddler would pop up?

    And when I search other words, they only pop up if the word is in the title of the post or the name of the blog.

    I’m trying to figure out the purpose of tags if you can’t search by them?
    Still learning :)

    Never mind, I had to add tags from the left sidebar first for them to show up :)
