Can’t Remove Account

  Every time I try to permanently remove this account, it says there was a problem and to contact support.

  I will flag your post for staff attention by adding a modlook tag.

  Being a volunteer, I can’t see your account details like staff, but sometimes this kind of problem relates the presence of purchases on the account.

  You need to cancel all purchases before you can close your account.

  This is worth a careful read because some of the changes related to closing your account are not reversible.
