Can't Migrate my subscribers

Hello WordPress Team,

I can’t migrate my subscribers from https://kellymisa.wordpress.com to http://kellymisa.com.

I’m getting an error message “Only blog owners can migrate subscribers.” even though I’m already connected and logged in on both.

Can you help me migrate my subscribers?

Hi kellymisa,

I’ve transferred your subscribers from kellymisa.wordpress.com to kellymisa.com. Your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before but WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader — they will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.

I’m getting an error message “Only blog owners can migrate subscribers.” even though I’m already connected and logged in on both.

Your kellymisa account is listed as the owner of kellymisa.wordpress.com. However, the migration wouldn’t have worked if you were logged in as rhevgutierrez. Although that account has Administrator privileges, only the site owner can migrate subscribers.
