Can't login to Dashboard or WP-ADMIN

I can’t login to my dashboard….every time I try to login using the WP-ADMIN it says that my request to login “times out”.
Can anyone help me with this?

That’s because PerfectResumeTX is a WordPress.ORG sites, this forum is for WordPress.COM support only (the free, wordpress hosted site). We aren’t familiar with the .ORG version, and about self-hosting so we aren’t sure how to help you.
So please head over to http://wordpress.org/support/ and ask the forum there for help, since they will be able to help you.

As of this morning, when I log in on my admin page http://www.sales-onsite.com/wp-login.php, it will not take me to the dashboard. We use WordPress as our company website.
