Can't log into my website

Hi,
I am having trouble logging into my website http://www.curiosityandvice.com
I have not logged in for a long time.
I have tried to reset the password, but I don’t receive the reset email. I have the receipts for the domain purchases and renewal if needed.
please let me know if there is something blocking my account?

Hi Sharon, we aren’t in a call center, so I removed your phone number so no one will call you pretending to be us.
Are you using http://www.curiosityandvice.com/wp-admin to log in and reset?
If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
