Can’t log in to dashboard

  Hello I was sent here from the Akismet page in order to sign up to get my API key, so I can use Akismet on my blog at http://17hex.net …The problem is that I can never fully log in, as it let me sign up for my name (pendor) and then just keeps bringing me back to the “create a new blog” screen when I try to login. If i click on any of the links (profile, dashboard, new post) it just brings me back to “Create a new blog”. did I do something wrong here or is the site having an issue with this?
