cant log in anymore

I dont know whats going on, but I have a paid subscription and have for 4 years or something and i’m trying to log in to my website, and it wont let me. I can’t even get to a login page, I cant figure any of this out, I dont even know how to explain, but im on my computer and I cant do anything with my website except view it and when I click on the edit button it goes to a page that says ‘Load new domain’ and it wont load anything, it says I dont have a page. I have 4 litters right now and a bunch of other stuff to catch up on. I dont know whats going on with this stupid jetpack add on, I have no idea what that is or how to use it, Im not technologically advanced, I dont understand all this crap, and I shouldnt have to, I should just be able to log on to my page and update my things and not be having these issues. It definitely makes me not want to use WordPress anymore.

That site is connected to the account albeebug but you are logged in to albeebug81. So log out from current albeebug81 and log in again as albeebug. Et voila, problem solved.

@sven1960 do not create duplicate threads or hijack another thread. Just stick to your initial thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/504-error-10/ where you already got answered by Staff but you never followed up.
