Good day,
I understand you’re having trouble logging in to your site, keepsleeves.dk.
Since your site is a WordPress.org site, this issue falls outside our regular scope of support. However, I can offer a few suggestions:
- Ensure that your site’s permalink structure is correctly set up. Go to Settings > Permalinks and save the settings without making any changes to refresh the permalink structure.
- Check if there are any security plugins or .htaccess rules that might be blocking access to the lost password page.
- You can manually reset your password via phpMyAdmin. Access your site’s database, find the
wp_users
table, and edit your user record. Use a site like this one to generate a new password hash. - Contact your hosting provider.
The reason you see your site in the dashboard of your WordPress.com account is that it is connected to Jetpack. Jetpack links your self-hosted WordPress.org site to your WordPress.com account for enhanced features and management.
For more direct support, you might consider migrating your site to WordPress.com. We are currently offering a free migration service, which you can request here.
