Can’t follow other blogs?

Add topic to favorites
I have been trying to follow other blogs on WordPress but every time I click follow it says that it cant follow at this time……
Anyone got any ideas why??

Hi @belfastgardener, sometimes when we see that it’s that the system thinks you might be spamming, so you’ll want to be sure you’re following because you want to read the site, and not because you want them to follow you.

Could you confirm which site you were trying to follow that gave that error?

@supernovia thanks for the advice. I’m new to WordPress so was trying to follow quite a few blogs that I found interesting. I’ve obviously been flagged as spam. Am I permanently banned from following people or is it a temporary thing?
