Can't filter post with categories/tags

  I want my user can filter post by tags/categories, so first I tried this query to list all categories of a site (fjveel.wordpress.com):

  https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1.1/sites/fjveel.wordpress.com/categories

  And I got 10 categories from this. Then I use a categoryID from this result to filter post by category:

  https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1.1/sites/fjveel.wordpress.com/posts/?category=406950753

  And the results is 0 post, although the first request indicated that this category contains 96 post, so it is a bug???
