Can’t connect to our site admin dashboard

Our admin dashboard is not accessible, when I try to connect using our account :
ID: “@(email visible only to moderators and staff)” without the quotation mark, it show that “user does not exist.Tried to get in by our administration link with the “wp-admin/edit.php” but it just redirect me on the site with a 404 error
What can we do to unstuck the situation.
I created the account I’m on just to ask on the forum.
