Can’t connect to my wordpress account

Hello,

I can’t connect to my account (email visible only to moderators and staff) because of 2FA that I never put in place in first time

I search everywhere no options to get it back

The questions are :

why do you (aka wordpress) activate 2FA on my account ?

How can I get my site back ?

At first I connect with google, I already change password but access to admin page because of 2FA
