can't add media – .jpg pictures

    trying to add media. picture that is being added is a .jpg that is 380 KB. For a long time I could add media, but over the last two months, when I try to add media. The picture appears very light with an arrow going around and around. This continues and the picture never is loaded. If I click insert the picture appears in the blog, but the picture is never loaded. Recently against my will I was upgraded to windows 10.

    Do any error messages appear when you are trying to upload your .jpg?

    Is this the first time you have tried to upload an image since being upgraded to Windows 10?

    The problem you are having could be due to a browser issue. Do you know which browser you are using?

    Once I know a bit more about the problem I’ll see if I can help you.
