Can’t access website after transfer

I transferred my domain to WordPress and now can’t access the site. I see a message that Jetpack can’t connect as my DNS aren’t pointing at my site.
however I’ve followed all instructions, have an ‘active’ site, have chosen the wp name servers, but I still see ‘can’t connect to server’ in the browser.

I want to keep using outlook as my email client and feel the DNS records for this are correct.
