Can’t access my site

Add topic to favorites
Haven’t logged in for a while to my site. Wouldn’t accept my old password so reset it but now can’t access my site. My profile info says I just created my account and says I have no sites created. I can see my site is still there but I can’t access it anymore to edit it: https://kempnerclay.wordpress.com. How do I get back in?

Thanks, neither link worked. Apparently, I don’t have enough information to submit the recovery form. The link to cherylkempner doesn’t connect me back either to the site originally opened on 4/30/2012. Asking for a new password just seems to have created a new account. Other ideas? TX

Rather than complicating things creating another account you need to log in to the correct account/username. To get a new password input the username cherylkempner and check your email address you connected with your site.

Thanks for the continued help. I did try changing the cherylkempner password which allowed me to sign in but when I click on MY Site it still says “no sites yet.” There appears to be a problem with the cherylkempner user name because it links with this email account we are corresponding. I appear to have two accounts now but neither links to the original site. I don’t mind creating a new site but would need to still take down the existing site but, of course, can’t get access to it. TX for whatever you can do.

Hi, Any additional help here? Still can’t get into the old site. Even would like to take it down now if I could and start over. Suggestions? Thanks.

https://kempnerclay.wordpress.com/ belongs to the account cherylkempner as you’ve stated, but so far you have only logged in as kempner561574092 and kempnerclaybb1566dc2c not the correct account: cherylkempner

We do not allow more than one account per email address, so check around to see if perhaps you have a third email address.

If you cannot determine which one you used for the cherylkempner account, please send an email to passwordhelp (at) wordpress (dot) com explaining the situation, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you.

Thanks for the help. I will try the password help link and see what they can do. Trying different approaches to log on as cherylkempner doesn’t seem to work. I will keep trying.
