Can’t access my plugins
How can I just login to my account. I don’t use wordpress.com but I keep having to login through that and I just have plugins tat I use on other site that I can’t update. I need to make changes to the sites that the plugins are associated to. Can you help with this issue?

The site kinninc.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Network Solutions Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Network Solutions also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through the Network Solutions, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. You can ask Network Solutions support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.

Thanks for the response, but I don’t think I explained what the issue is very well.
Let me try again.
I don’t have a site on wordpress.com.
I have bought plugins for the site I sent the link for and am not able to access them. Instead, I am forced to login to wordpress.com and am supposed to be able to access them there. But that is not the case.
I originally bought the plugins on the Automattic site and now can’t log in to that site because I keep getting to WordPress.com for the login.
I just need to access my plugins from the Automattic.com account so I can make changes.

There is not a customer login on https://automattic.com/ and we don’t sell plugins directly under that brand. Are you trying to access your WooCommerce.com account instead? https://woocommerce.com/my-account/
If so, are you sure you have the correct login info? I noticed that the email address you use here for your @btd1924 WordPress.com account was at one time associated with a WooCommerce account, but that was changed a few months back to a different email address. Do you recall this change? It seems that WooCommerce support staff discussed it with you via email.

Okay. Every time I try and login to woocommerce.com it wants me to login through wordpress.com. How do I just login to wocommerce.com without using WordPress.com for login.
They are connected, so your WordPress.com login (the correct login that is) will give you immediate access to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/
Do you recall the other email address you used with your Woo account? It’s not the one you see here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/
Instead it would be under a different email address. Do you recall any other email addresses you might have used with your WooCommerce purchase instead of that one?
