Can’t access ‘Manage Blogs’

  I’ve set up a new pay acct, but, frustratingly, I cannot access the blog part. When I click on ‘Manage Blogs,’ a new window opens showing my blog link. However, when I click on it, I am directed to a new window that asks for username/password, email, and a math question. I have filled this out numerous times, but it always shows as an error. In short, i have a pay acct and cannot use it! Help.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
