Can’t access dashboard items; fading in and out

Hello! First of all, the public site itself is fine. It’s only dashboard sections that are problematic. I am logged in both as myself (a user, possibly an admin) and as the account I know is the main admin user. Neither account is able to view things like Users, Plugins, My Home, Help items, etc. There are empty spaces there where there should be something and they just fade in and out. I have tried re-caching the site, but the button isn’t clickable.

Jetpack sent an email this morning at 4:32am (EST, my time) and said the site was loading slowly (error: 184777084/intermittent) but then another email 3 minutes later said it was fine.

I tried to turn off all plugins but turned off WooCommerce first (before WooCommerce Payments) and now I’m getting a critical error – either the error that WC Payments can’t work without WC, or, when I try to activate WC again, it says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” but I never receive an email. I don’t think these two WC items are what’s causing the problem with the dashboard items, since the problems were there before I started deactivating plugins. The site is only used as a blog, not for any commerce, so this isn’t critical for us anyway.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
