Can't access 'appearance' although I am an admin of the blog

I m trying to access ‘appearance’ to add a chimpmail form for followers to the blog, but I can’t find the relevant tab. I am already an admin of my page, but it still does not seem to appear. Thanks for any advice

Do you mean MailChimp? There are instructions here:-

Add a Mailchimp Pop-Up

You click on “Customize” and “Widgets” for the MailChimp Subscriber Popup.
