Cannot login to account

Hi, my primary account: (email visible only to moderators and staff) is having absolutely no access to login. I had to create this account just to contact support! I mean even just to post in the forum I have to login but I can’t because I don’t have access to my old phone to get an sms and then login. You guys should implement a guest login on your forum section and even a button at the login screen to allow people with the similar issue to access an alternative login since people who lose access to their old phone number can’t login anymore.
So enough with my rant,

Have you tried filling in the lost password form?
If you’ve lost access to the email you signed up with or the phone number you use for the two step authentication you can try the account recovery form instead.

hallluke hi yes I have tried that lost password link. after resetting my password I was greeted with a slap in the face and the exact same problem only I got a new password!
I have access to the email I signed up with, but not the phone anymore. The second link account recovery form I tried to fill out. I don’t have a transaction id and the activation url (the email when I first signed up) I received upon creating the account isn’t working either, and lastly I don’t have two step authentication other than sms but I have no access to phone.
HELP :/

It depends on how busy they are at the moment but the staff are all over the planet so they’re normally pretty speedy, sit tight!
