Cannot import from Blogger

Add topic to favorites
Hello,

I set up a new domain on WordPress, and want to import posts and such from Blogger. I get as far as trying to authorize, ut when I click “grant access”, I’m sent back to WordPress and this message: “We were not able to gain access to your account. Try starting over.”

Any idea what’s wrong?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

And you both have the same problem?

Try clearing cache/cookies and trying a different browser perhaps: http://support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

And if that doesn’t fix it, it might be worth giving staff a shout: http://support.wordpress.com/contact/

Cookies and cache cleared still the same thing :( Tried on different computers as well.

Hi there – confirmed issue. It may be that something has changed Google’s end but we’re looking into it. I’ll let you know when I have more information.

it worked for me now, but all embedded content got corrupted, but I have anyway problems with embedded stuff here, it seems even difficult to post a youtube video.

WordPress does work differently than blogger and embedded content will have to be re embedded again, I’m afraid.

Sorry I missed this post when I looked. I started a main topic.

I see that maichopgohok says that it’s working now, but I am not having the same success. Google Accounts Access states that “http://wordpress.com” is not registered. Thank you and please feel free to delete my other post.
