Cannot find refund

    I am trying to get a refund for my one year premium wordpress upgrade that went through a day or two ago. I have spent several hours trying to find the option and then trying to find where I can contact someone directly to get this sorted out.. I’ve finally found the contact form. My issue is that the little gear symbol that should show up when looking in My Upgrades does not appear.. So it only gives me the options to Cancel auto-renew etc… Can you please help? Thank you!

    I’m happy to refund that for you. However, I have a few questions before I can go forward with that.

    Are you trying to cancel your Premium plan? or do you just want to renew it a little later than our auto renew?

    Your Premium plan also covers the domain holisticspoonful.com. Do you want to keep this domain registration separate from the Premium plan?

    Can I extend the renewal until a month from now? So just pay 1 month instead of another whole year? If that’s possible, that would be great. Otherwise, I will have to cancel premium completely right now.

    Does keeping the domain registration separate cost me money? Or is that already paid for, and I just have the option to get rid of it along with the Premium plan?

    We don’t offer monthly upgrades, but it’s something we’re considering. Your domain registration is included in your Premium plan, so to keep it costs $34CAD.

    How bout this, I’ve refunded $95CAD and extended your Premium plan for one month. So you’re all set through April 30, 2015. If you decide to renew your Premium plan, you can do that here:
