Cannot Change Administration Email Address

    Hello WordPress Support Team,

    I have been unable to see my email address update take place in my GoDaddy-hosted WordPress website (https://510jazz.com) now for the past 2 years or so. I continue to try to make this change every few months or so, but it never stays in place.

    I’m referring the “Administration Email Address” field under “Settings/General” in WordPress.

    Today for the first time, I logged in to my wordpress.com account and it too shows the same problem. This is the “Email Address” field in the “Account Settings” section. WordPress.com refuses to allow me to change my email address.

    This is causing really bad functionality for my website, and restricting website users from contacting me via email. Further, WordPress-generated messages are not getting to me.

    I completely understand that your support team is very busy — but I think the two year lifespan of this problem is excessive.

    Can you help me to get my email address update completed, today?

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
