  Hello

  I do not have access to my root directory. I cannot make changes using the FTP client.
  Whenever I try to change file permissions, it shows failure.
  I downloaded a plugin also called files manager in which the option of uploading a file in the root folder is locked.
  I need to upload the google index file to my root directory and for this above reason, I’m unable to

  Hi there, Can you clarify what it is you are trying to install? It may be the case that some permissions are managed by our hosting directly and cannot be modified on your end. I’m not sure what you meant by Google Index file so can you share more detail on what you are trying to connect? Google Analytics or Google Search Console verification perhaps? Something else?
