Cannot access account

Simple enough. authenticator is t working, can’t find my backup codes from god only knows how many years ago, and it’s keyed to my old phone number I don’t have access to. Since I can’t get a frickin code emailed to me.. What can I do to regain access?

Would be really nice to get help with this.
I’ve got access to my email that’s associated to the account. I can update the password, not that I want to. But it still wants codes. I can’t provide the limited information requested through the account recovery page. I didn’t realize I hadn’t updated my phone number when I reset my devices recently, and it really stinks that the recovery email, well, can’t fully be used for recovery on my own. I’m not a super regular user, but I come back to my little journal from time to time as able, and it would be really nice to regain access. -
Please. I’ve seen other people get help. Can I please get help? There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact anyone about this.
